I am currently Chair of Apprentify, an apprenticeship training provider backed by BGF and IFF Research, an independent social & political research agency, backed by Connection Capital.
I was previously Chair of The Chemistry Group, a talent consultancy, and Ruroc, an action sports protection brand, both backed by BGF.
Before my portfolio career, I was an Operating Director at Phoenix Equity Partners, where I spent five years working closely with portfolio management teams to identify and implement significant value-creation initiatives.
I enjoy supporting PepTalks members who are: transitioning to private equity ownership, in particular founder-led businesses.
