BIO

I am Executive Chair of Recycling Lives, a recycling company that leads the charge in the next wave of circular economy business models, with social sustainability and the environment sitting at the heart of our purpose. The business was backed by Three Hills Capital Partners in 2018 and I joined the Board in 2020. Previously I was CEO at SMD, a subsea vehicle manufacturer backed by Inflexion, which we sold to a Chinese trade buyer in 2015. I also Chair the Global Underwater Hub, advise UKRI in the EV space, and I formerly Chaired the North East Local Enterprise Partnership.

I enjoy acting as an external sounding board for PepTalks members, especially on their value creation plans, ESG strategies, management development and incentives and when navigating an exit.
