I’m the CFO at Moneypenny, an outsourced communications provider, backed by ECI Partners, where I’ve been helping drive international growth, form an M&A strategy, and professionalise the business. Since joining in 2021, I’ve led three acquisitions and driven expansion into the US, growing our US revenue to 30%. As a team we have developed an AI strategy where we have implemented and commercialised an AI agent that handles customer calls and queries but with the capability for seamless escalation to a human PA where necessary.
Before Moneypenny, I was CFO at Mobica, backed by Inflexion. I joined during a turnaround, led a major cost restructuring across multiple countries, and helped reposition the business, ultimately setting it up for a £240m exit in 2023.
Earlier in my career, I spent over a decade at NES Global Talent, with private equity exits in 2006 from Bridgepoint to Graphite and in 2012 from Graphite to AEA Investors. I supported international expansion across the US, Africa, and the Middle East, and played a key role in scaling the business globally through multiple PE cycles.
