I’m the Chief People Officer at Kantar, the world’s leading marketing, data and analytics business, owned by Bain Capital. I’m a transformation specialist and qualified coach, passionate about unlocking the full potential of people to drive exceptional business performance. At Kantar, I’m leading the company’s AI transformation agenda, reimagining how we can embrace AI and technology to deliver better outcomes for our colleagues and clients. My focus is on creating a culture where people are inspired to do amazing things, underpinned by high performance, innovation, and purpose.
Before joining Kantar, I was Chief People and Culture Officer at National Grid Plc.
