I’m Chief People Officer at esure Group, a leading digital UK-based personal lines insurer offering motor and home insurance. Since joining in 2020, I’ve led the group’s people strategy through a major transformation under Bain Capital ownership, following their £1.2 billion acquisition of the business in 2018. My focus has been on evolving the operating model, embedding agile and digital practices, and aligning culture and capability with long-term value creation.
In 2025, I oversaw the transition of esure to new ownership by Ageas, a European insurance group, marking Bain Capital’s exit and positioning esure within one of the UK’s top three personal lines platforms.
Before esure, I held senior HR roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Pearson, BT, PepsiCo, and Accenture. I’ve led large-scale HR transformations, operating model redesigns, and cultural change programmes across global and highly regulated businesses.
