Graham Heddle

Chair, Goods for Good

BIO

I have over thirty years’ international experience in banking, private equity investing and board advisory. I spent 23 years of my career at PE firm Primary Capital, where I was a Partner and Member of the Investment Committee. During my tenure, I led the management and exit of seven investments, and was central to all new acquisitions and disposals. I have accumulated diverse board advisory experience, including as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, and sat on the Audit and Remuneration Committees of portfolio companies from a range of sectors, including a German IT consultancy, an international market research firm based in North America, and speciality retailers in the UK and overseas.

I now chair an innovative charity, Goods for Good, and work with two non-profit organisations, Brave Starts and The Fore. I am supporting their approach to introducing and incorporating Generative AI to help improve both their operations and the organisations and individuals they support.

Drawing on my experience as a private equity investor, I am aiming to help PepTalks members to better understand the PE playing field by providing an insight into the thought process of their shareholders.
