I am a founder and entrepreneur who has built and scaled several companies, including five startups, five exits, and three unicorns across four countries. I have led IPOs on the NASDAQ, Euronext and the London Stock Exchange, and raised more than £10 billion in equity and debt funding.
Across my career, four of the five businesses I have built were private equity backed, giving me more than 35 years of experience working under private equity ownership and partnering closely with investors.
I most recently founded CityFibre, leading it from a blank sheet to the UK’s largest independent full-fibre platform and securing more than £8 billion in funding. I am now Vice Chairman, focused on long-term strategy and value creation.
