I was previously the CEO of GL Education, the leading provider of benchmarking, formative and diagnostic assessments to UK and international schools and school groups, and more recently entering the US. I joined the business in 2013, shortly after its acquisition by Investcorp. In my time at GLE, the business moved from paper-based to digital, shifted its proposition from individual products to data-driven solutions, and diversified geographically to earn nearly half of its revenues outside the UK. In 2016, I successfully led a SBO to Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, and then sold the business to Renaissance Learning (Blackstone and Francisco Partners-backed) in 2023.
