I’m CPO at OneAdvanced, a leading UK enterprise software firm delivering mission-critical SaaS solutions across healthcare, education, local government, legal, social care, passenger transportation, and logistics. I joined in December 2023 to lead through a period of transformation to pivot the organisation to new trajectories of growth, through creating win-wins for customers, employees and shareholders.
The business was first acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2015, with BC Partners joining as a co-investor in 2019 in a deal valuing the company at around £2 billion. Most recently, in July 2025, we secured a £1.2 billion refinancing led by Ares Management, Carlyle, and Goldman Sachs Alternatives, funding growth and investment in AI-driven solutions. The company has been recognised as the number 1 employer in Europe by the Financial Times and Statista in 2025, and the company’s cultural transformation programme won the CIPD’s People Management Award for the Best Change Initiative in 2025.
Before this, I was CPO at Beamery from October 2022 to November 2023, helping to scale a global talent engagement platform that achieved unicorn status in December 2022 following a $50 million Series D led by Teachers’ Ventures Growth. My focus there was global learning, talent, and HR transformation in a VC-backed, high-growth environment.
Earlier, I was Chief People Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at Rizing (2019–2022) (a global SAP consulting firm headquartered in the US, backed by One Equity Partners and LLR Partners), where I drove multi-year organisational cross-functional transformation (including HR transformation) and led M&A integration across five acquisitions in 16 countries. Prior leadership roles at Rizing and NGA Human Resources (a global HR Consulting and Outsourcing provider, backed by KKR) focused operating model redesign, post-merger integration, technology-enabled transformation, and customer-facing IT and HR consulting and outsourcing services. I was named on the CIPD’s inaugural HR30 list of the most impactful HR professionals of 2025, am a chartered fellow of the CIPD, a senior certified practitioner of SHRM and hold a master’s degree from Cambridge. I am also a mentor on the CIPD’s aspiring HR leaders’ programme.
