I am Kevin Brennan, Chair of WARP Snacks, the healthy snacking business created through the merger of Eat Real and Proper, and Non-executive Director of Vibrant Foods, both backed by Exponent.
I was previously CEO of Quorn, which I joined in 2010, following the acquisition of the brand by Exponent Private Equity from Premier Foods, in a £205m deal. During the investment period, we returned the UK business to strong volume growth through expansion of manufacturing capacity, streamlining of the supply chain and significant investment in advertising and marketing. We also accelerated the growth of the business internationally. In 2015, I led a trade exit to Monde Nissin, one of the leading food groups in the Philippines, for £550m.
