I am Kylie Green, Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Reward Gateway, a SaaS technology platform specialising in the global HR market sector.

I began my professional life at API Leisure & Lifestyle, a provider of employee benefits programmes, which was acquired by Reward Gateway and their then PE house, Inflexion, in 2015. I have since seen the secondary buyout to Great Hill Partners and Columbia Partners Private Capital in 2015, and the tertiary buyout in 2021 to ABRY Partners and Castik Capital.
