I was a co-founder of Attenda (backed by Darwin) a managed services provider which we grew organically from start-up to £44 million of revenue before exiting to a PE backed trade buyer called Ensono for £100m in 2016.
I now Chair CTS, a digital transformation partner for law (backed by Tenzing) and Dufrain, a data company (backed by Phoenix Equity Partners).
My previous board roles include Chair of CSI, an IBM-centric managed service provider (backed by MML), Chair of Datum Datacentres (backed by Darwin), which we spun out of Attenda and then sold to UBS Asset Management in 2021, and NED at Ensono (backed by Charlesbank & MC Partners) which we sold to KKR.
