I am currently Interim Chief People Officer at Saga plc, a product and service provider for people over 50. During my career, I have held several senior HR and people-focused roles in various PE-backed, high-growth businesses, primarily in the consumer space.
I joined FatFace in 2005 to restructure the HR team which allowed the business to scale from 50 to 120 stores, and secured PE investment from Bridgepoint in 2007, realising a successful exit for Advent International.
Thereupon I joined Warburg Pincus-backed Poundland as Group HR Director which scaled from 260-800 stores during my tenure before the successful IPO in 2014. I also held Chief People Officer roles at Prezzo when it was backed by TPG, and RAC, an automotive breakdown recovery provider, backed by Silver Lake Partners.
