I’m CFO at JMAN Group, a technology-led consultancy that specialises in translating data into value for private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Operating from London and Chennai since inception, we’re now expanding across North America with backing from Baird.
I initially supported JMAN as an advisor during Baird’s investment before rejoining the business as CFO. I’m now leading the rollout of a full ERP system and ensuring we remain exit ready as we scale.
Before JMAN, I was CFO of Cow Corner’s accountancy investments, where I led the finance function across several regional buy-and-build accountancy roll-ups.
Previously, I was CFO at Sionic, from start-up (2016) through to exit (2021). I built the global finance function from scratch, opened offices in six countries, and led finance workstreams on both the 2019 investment from Livingbridge and the 2021 exit to Davies Group (backed by BC Partners). Over five years, we grew Sionic from a start up into a £90m revenue consultancy.
Earlier roles include founder-CEO of CWC Resources (successfully exited after five years of profitable growth) and Finance Director at EdComs, part of the BBH Group.
I support PepTalks Members by:
- Advising on building and scaling international finance functions, including ERP rollouts and post-deal integration.
- Helping Members prepare for exit by shaping finance strategy, processes, and balancing strategic alignment with operational autonomy.
- Offering insight from working in PE across deal types, with a focus on reporting and meeting investor expectations.
