I have been the CFO and CEO of a variety of PE backed businesses across many different sectors. In 20 years I have driven five successful exits, creating value for management teams and shareholders along the way. Most recent was the exit of Bellrock, initially backed by Horizon Capital, to Sun European Capital. As Group CFO, I partnered a CEO and management team, navigated the business through COVID, grew EBITDA from £12m to £17m, and sold the business successfully in November 2021 generating a 3x return for shareholders.
