I am an experienced CPO and Chair, currently Chair of Filtered, a Maven backed EdTech business. Previously, I was CPO at Ocean Technologies Group, a PE backed business under Oakley Capital. I led the people agenda across multiple acquisitions and supported the business through transformation ahead of a successful trade sale to Lloyd’s Register. Earlier in my private equity career, I was CPO at Cision, where I joined to prepare the business for exit. The company was ultimately sold from GTCR to Platinum Equity.
I am a Venture Partner at Emerge VC, where I support deal assessment, due diligence, and founder coaching. I am also on the advisory board of OpenClassrooms, backed by General Atlantic, Lumos Capital and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and have held senior HR leadership roles at WPP, IBM, Deloitte, and Linklaters.
