I am Partner at Jamieson Corporate Finance, a global, independent management advisory firm. We structure, negotiate and implement management equity incentive arrangements for private equity backed companies. I work with CEOs and their management teams to help them understand the risks and rewards of their equity investment and shape tailored incentive plans that are understood by all participants.

I look to support PepTalks members by ensuring that their interests are being protected and aligned with those of their institutional investors, with the goal of maximising value for all parties.
